Register everyone who is coming, pay, and your place is held. It takes a minute.
Before you come
What to bring, and what to expect
Come gather around the gong in community. An evening of sound meditation and music: the gong and the instruments played alongside it, used to help you balance and integrate.
Bring yourself
The studio provides mats, blankets and bolsters. Wear something you can lie down in and bring water.
No experience needed
You lie down and listen. You are the one meditating. The sound is what you do it with.
Nobody is turned away
Anybody the price puts out of reach can pay what they can as they register, including nothing, and their place is held exactly as any other.
The form

Your ticket arrives by email. It carries the address and the time to be there by, so keep it or show it on your phone when you arrive.
